What do we do?

Caterware Connection is a full-service kitchen equipment company providing customers with quality commercial kitchen equipment able to withstand the fast-paced food industry.

Understanding Your Concept

At Caterware Connection, we start off any new project by trying to understand your concept including your commercial kitchen needs, its menu, and how much equipment is needed.

Plan Your Kitchen Layout

After fully understanding what is needed to be done for your kitchen, we start planning your kitchen’s layout.

Keep in mind. Producing the plans and services layouts are done free of charge.

Design Process
Our experienced team of sales staff will guide you step by step in turning your dream kitchen concept into reality.

Equipment and services layouts are prepared in AutoCAD (a commercial computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting software application) for easy facilitation of communication with other members of the project team.

Supply Kitchen Equipment & Project Management

We project manage the supply chain to ensure your kitchen is delivered on time with excellence.

Install & Test Equipment

Installation of new kitchens is undertaken by our in-house technicians and delivery team. We make sure our teams test the equipment before leaving your facility.

Training Your Staff

After installing your new kitchen equipment, our team of experts will provide your staff with the needed training to use the equipment right and to its full potential.

Maintaining Your Equipment

We provide service plans to ensure your equipment lasts and is working 100%.

If your equipment needs further repairs, we will quote you at special reduced rates and we’ll explain the requirements and the benefits of having these repairs done.

  • We’ll provide a written report
We will provide you with a report describing the general condition of the equipment, whether anything should be repaired or replaced, and whether the equipment meets industry standards.

  • We’ll give you tips for maintenance
We will also give you some tips about self-maintenance.

For example: Daily cleaning rituals and providing the best operational environment.
