The UNOX XEBC-06EU-E1RM Countertop Combi Oven is an intelligent and digitally connected oven that is suitable for all your baking and patisserie needs. It’s an ideal choice for small to medium scale use in restaurants, bakeries and cafes.

- The XEBC-06EU-E1RM can accommodate 6 600mm x 400mm standard baking trays. In our opinion, that is a fairly large amount of space that will come in handy in commercial settings.
- The XEBC-06EU-E1RM can support a wide range of baking options. These are: convection baking from 30ºC to 260ºC, combined convection and steam baking from 35ºC, combined convection and humidity baking from 48ºC and saturated steam baking from 48ºC to 130 ºC.
- To improve the quality of your baked products, the XEBC-06EU-E1RM also has two technologies: CLIMALUX and AIR.Maxi. CLIMALUX controls humidity levels in the baking chamber to keep the flavour of your products unspoiled. The AIR.Maxi system manages the distribution of air and heat to ensure that all products are baked uniformly.
- UNOX has equipped the XEBC-06EU-E1RM with special tools and software that gives you an “Intelligent Baking” experience. You can store up to 384 baking programs which you can activate later with just a touch. You can also control your oven usage in real-time and create & send recipes from your P.C. to it. Plus, you can also remotely keep an eye on your connected oven in real-time from your smartphone.
- Cleaning has never been easier. Through SENSE.Klean, the XEBC-06EU-E1RM can sense how dirty it is and recommend the appropriate automatic cleaning cycle. These can be selected from the four automatic cleaning programs stored in the oven’s memory
- The XEBC-06EU-E1RM is built to last. It features a space frame design which makes the whole superstructure strong and rigid. The baking chambers are made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel which has good heat-resistance properties. A safety temperature is also included, preventing over-heating and thus improving the oven’s lifespan
