With a capacity for 6 600mm x 400mm baking trays, it is the smallest in UNOX’s Bakerlux Manual Oven range, making it ideal for small scale use in places like restaurants and homes too. You also get to choose which variant you want: the electric or gas-powered one.

- The XB693 is manually controlled and accommodates 6 600mm x 400mm trays. Two versions are offered: one electric and the other gas-powered.
- The XB693 supports convection baking from 80ºC to 260ºC, combined convection and humidity baking from 80ºC, saturated steam baking from 80ºC and forced humidity extraction from 80ºC.
- With UNOX’s DRY.Plus and STEAM. Plus technologies, the XB693 manual oven gives you firm control of humidity management in your oven. You can quickly extract humidity from the cooking chamber or add it manually as you wish.

- Just like its counterparts in the Bakerlux Manual Oven range, the XB693 is built to last. It features a space frame superstructure that provides all-around strength. The cooking chambers are made from AISI 304-grade stainless steel which has good heat resistance properties. It also comes with a safety temperature switch to prevent over-heating which can reduce the lifespan of your appliance.
