- The UNOX CHEFTOP MIND.Maps Compact Plus Combi Oven is an intelligent combi oven able to carry out any type of cooking from braising all the way to steam. You can choose from three different models, two different tray sizes and two tray configurations.
- The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ BIG PLUS features a space-frame chassis made from 1.5mm thick steel tubes, making it rigid. The cooking chamber is made from high resistance AISI 304 grade stainless steel. Technology-driven. Select what you want to cook at a particular time and leave the setting of parameters to the onboard AI. The same AI system enables you to cook up to 10 dishes simultaneously. You also get to store up to 384 cooking programs onboard which you can re-call and use later. Plus, you can connect your appliance to your smart device and monitor it remotely or even add new cooking programs to it.
