The THE0004 Digital Oven Thermometer is the ideal tool for measuring the core temperatures of foods such as roasted meat, lasagna, and baked goods. It comes fitted with a timer and an alarm system to help you monitor the cooking process.
Features:
- The THE0004 is ideal for measuring core temperatures of roasted meat, lasagnas, and other baked goods.
- The THE0004 has an operating range of +50°C to +300°C. This temperature range is wide enough to be able to handle almost all of the temperature-measuring tasks you will need to carry out as you bake your products.
- The THE0004 has a display resolution of 0.1º. This means it will display its readings to the nearest 0.1º, e.g. 46.6ºC. This level of accuracy is suitable and adequate for your standard kitchen.
- The THE0004 has an accuracy of ±1°C/±2°F when taking measurements in the temperature ranges of 0 to +150°C/ +32 to +302°F. The accuracy is ±3°C/ ±5°F in temperatures outside this range. This accuracy is high enough for most situations you will encounter in both domestic and commercial kitchens.
- The THE0004 also comes equipped with a 150mm stainless steel probe with a diameter of 4mm. Being stainless steel, the probe is food safe while being long enough to take temperatures at the core of the food measured. The probe is also oven safe.
- In addition to the probe, the THE0004 also comes with a 100cm long stainless steel cable. This allows you to take readings of the food being baked without putting yourself at risk of being burned by the high oven temperatures.
- The THE0004 also comes with an oven timer and an alarm. The timer can be used to set the desired cooking time while the alarm will ring when the core temperature is reached, ensuring that the food is cooked well.
- The THE0004 is also water resistant, an ideal property to have in any kitchen.
