The THE0003 Digital T-Bar Strong Probe Thermometer was designed with meat in mind. It is mostly used for taking temperature readings of large cuts of meat in buffet settings and also for taking readings of frozen meat cuts. The THE0003 has an operating temperature rating of -50ºC to 200ºC, making it adequate and suitable for most temperature-reading tasks in the kitchen. It is also water resistant.

- The THE0003 Digital T-Bar Strong Probe Thermometer has an operational range of -50ºC to 200ºC. This makes it adequate and suitable for most temperature-measuring situations a chef will find themselves in your standard commercial kitchen.
- The THE0003 has a display resolution of 0.1º.
- The THE0003 also supports both the MAX and MIN functions. These allow you to record both the maximum and minimum temperatures obtained during a particular reading.
- The THE0003 has an accuracy of +/- 1ºC when taking readings that fall into the -20ºC to +120ºC range. Outside this range, the reading accuracy becomes +/-2ºC.
- The THE0003’s stainless steel piercing probe is 125mm long and has a diameter of roughly 5mm. This probe size allows you to obtain core measurements in foods like roasted chicken or turkey. Being stainless steel, the probe itself is also food-safe.
- The THE0003 comes in blister packaging with instructions on how to use it included in it.
- The THE0003 is also water resistant.
- The THE0003 is ideal for taking temperature readings in large cuts of meat in buffet settings and also frozen meats.
