- The THD0115 has a display resolution of 0.1º. This means it will display its readings to the nearest 0.1º, e.g. 46.6ºC. This level of accuracy is suitable and adequate for your standard kitchen.
- The THD0115 has an accuracy of ±1°C/±2°F when taking measurements. This accuracy is high enough for most situations you will encounter in both domestic and commercial kitchens.
- The THD0115 also comes equipped with a 115mm stainless steel probe with a diameter of 3.5mm. Being stainless steel, the probe is food safe while being long enough to take temperatures at the core of the food whose temperature is being measured.
- The THD0115 also supports both the MAX and MIN functions. These allow you to record the maximum and minimum temperatures obtained during a particular reading.
- In addition to the MAX and MIN functions, the THD0115 also comes with a DATA HOLD function.
- The THD0115 is also HACCP-certified, making it a high-quality product worth the bang for your buck.
