With a production capacity of 620kg of dice ice every 24 hours, the Scotsman NW1408 Dice Ice Machine is the largest in Scotsman’s range. It’s more of a workhorse; it’s the perfect tool for liquor stores, hotels, restaurants and other large scale commercial food or beverage establishments.
Features:
- The Scotsman NW1408 ice machine is a heavy-duty machine that produces individual dice ice cubes. It comes in two different versions: the water-cooled version and the air-cooled version. Also available on request is the 3-phase model.
- The Scotsman NW1408 can produce three different ice cube sizes: half dice, dice and large. The standard size is the dice size whilst the other two can be pre-ordered.
- The NW1408 is ergonomic, allowing easy access to the evaporator plate and the condenser air filter to facilitate easier maintenance. Plus, the exhaust flows from the top, saving you precious working space.
- The NW1408 is made of 304-grade stainless steel making it a durable piece of equipment.
- The NW1408 is ideal for large scale industrial applications in places like restaurants, bars, hotels, liquor stores, hospitals and ice-selling supermarkets.
NB: Our Ice makers require a separate bin to store the ice produced.

Dice size(mm): 22 x 22 x 22 with a mass of 10g
Half-dice size(mm): 10(W) x 22(D) x 28(H) with a mass of 6g
Large size(mm): 28(W) x 22(D) x 28(H) with a mass of 15g
