Need a machine that will produce hundreds of ice cubes per day? The Scotsman MXG438 Gourmet Ice Machine is a reliable machine that is able to produce up to 190 kg of gourmet ice cubes daily. The ice maker can store up to 190 kg to 220 kg of ice at a time, ensuring you keep up the ice supply to customers.

Features

  • The Scotsman MXG438 produces individual gourmet ice cubes. Choose between an air-cooled condenser system or a water-cooled system.
  • The MXG438 commercial ice maker can produce three cube sizes: small, medium and large. The medium size is the standard. The small and large cube sizes must be pre-ordered.
  • The MXG438 also features AgION antimicrobial agents which inhibit the growth of harmful microbes in your appliance, making it cleaner and safer.
  • The MXG 438 has good ergonomics. You can access the condenser air filter easily, enabling easier routine maintenance. It also features indicator lights that help you keep the ice maker’s operations under surveillance and know when its time to clean its filter.
  • The MXG438’s electronic control system ensures that ice temperature remains constant, even if ambient temperature changes.
  • This modular super cuber requires a separate storage bin to collect the ice produced. This can be ordered at extra cost.

Cube Sizes
Small cube size: 21 mm diameter, 25 mm height and a mass of 8 g
Medium cube size: 30 mm diameter, 34 mm height and a mass of 20 g
Large cube size: 38 mm diameter, 41 mm height and a mass of 39 g
