In need of an industrial ice flaker? The Scotsman MF66 Ice Flaker is the ideal machine to use for heavy-duty applications in fisheries and food processing.
As the most cost-effective ice type, flake ice is great to use for cooling fresh fish, transporting produce like broccoli or corn, or processing food.
The electronic super flaker is able to produce up to 1,150 kg of flake ice daily. The machine requires a specially constructed storage bin.

Features
- The Scotsman MF66 produces flaked ice on an industrial scale, about 1150 kg per day. Choose between a water-cooled condensing system or an air-cooled one.
- The MF66 has a stainless-steel “scotch brite” finish with rounded corners to give it make it durable, easy to clean and to improve its aesthetic appearance. Plus, it has been built to meet global standards.
- The MF66 features AgION technology which prevents the growth of microbes and the development of unpleasant odours, ensuring good sanitation.
- The MF66 starts off immediately, constantly produces ice and has minimal water, energy and time losses thanks to its no-cycle harvesting system.
- The MF66 is ergonomic, with all four external panels being removable to aid routine maintenance and servicing. It also includes external indicator lights which keep the ice maker’s operations under constant surveillance.
N.B: The MF66 requires a separate storage bin to collect the ice produced. This can be ordered at extra cost.

Air Temperature: A minimum of 10°C and a maximum of 43°C
Water Temperature: A minimum of 5°C and a maximum of 38°C
Water Pressure: A minimum of 1bar (14psi) and a maximum of 5bar (70psi)
Electrical Voltage: A minimum of -10% and a maximum of +10%
