Need a machine that will produce hundreds of ice cubes per day? The Scotsman EC106 Gourmet Ice Machine is a reliable machine that is able to produce up to 50 kg of ice cubes daily. The ice maker can store up to 23 kg of ice at a time, ensuring you keep up the ice supply to customers.
Features
- The Scotsman EC106 produces individual gourmet ice cubes. It comes with either an air-cooled condenser system or a water-cooled one.
- The Scotsman Ice Machine has a stainless-steel exterior, simple and reliable electromechanical controls and an internal storage bin. This makes it durable, easy to use and maintain.
- The EC106 also comes with a PWD (Progressive Water Discharge) system which solves all your drainage, height, and distance problems. You can place your ice machine where you need it—up to 15 m away and 1.5 m lower than your drain outlet.
- The EC106 can produce two cube sizes: medium and large. Our products come with the medium size as the standard. The large size must be pre-ordered.
- The EC106 has a compact, ergonomic design which allows easy access to the internal storage bin and easy placement wherever it needs to be used. It also includes an alarm light to remind you of its routine maintenance needs.
- The EC106 comes with a patented anti-scale system to protect its water system and an anti-bacterial pouch mounted in the unit’s storage bin, ensuring good sanitation.
- The EC106’s air-cooled models also come with a front-access condenser filter which is removable and washable.
The Scotsman EC106 Gourmet Ice Machine is ideal for coffee houses, cafés restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering companies.

Ice Cube Sizes
Medium-sized gourmet ice cubes: 30 mm (diameter), 34 mm (height) and 20 g (mass)
Large gourmet ice cubes: 38 mm (diameter), 41 mm (height) and 39 g (mass)
Extra-large gourmet ice cubes: 44 mm (diameter), 46 mm (height) and 60 g (mass)
Operating Requirements
Air Temperature: A minimum of 10°C and a maximum of 43°C
Water Temperature: A minimum of 5°C and a maximum of 38°C
Water Pressure: A minimum of 1bar (14psi) and a maximum of 5bar (70psi)
Electrical Voltage: A minimum of -10% and a maximum of +10%.
