The ICF1200 is Salvadore’s own dedicated ice cream display fridge. Being a table-top appliance, the Salvadore ICF1200 is a compact appliance which gets the job done without taking up too much valuable floor space. The ICF1200 is also pleasing to look at, making it the perfect display for ice cream at a point of sale.
Features:
- The ICF1200 has an operating temperature range of -20°C to -15°C. This is the perfect temperature range as it is cold enough to keep your product frozen.
- The ICF has an interior made from Grade 304 stainless steel. This material is food safe and also durable.
- Salvadore has fitted the ICF1200 with a digital temperature control system. This is more reliable than typical mechanical systems.
- The ICF1200’s front window is heated so as to prevent condensation build upon it. As a result, the displayed ice cream is clear at all times.
- The ICF1200 supports automatic defrost.
- The ICF1200 uses low-pressure R404a gas as a refrigerant. This refrigerant has 0 ozone depletion potential.
- In addition to the main appliance, Salvadore also supplies five polycarbonate 5Lt storage pans free of charge.
