With a length of 900mm, the Salvadore DHC1900 is the first of three models in this range of curved heated displays offered by Salvadore.
Features:
- The first thing you will notice about the DHC1900 is its pleasing design. It has a modern look to it, which ensures that it won’t look out of place in the typical 21st-century food outlet.
- With an operating temperature range of 40-75ºC at an ambient temperature of 32ºC, the DHC1900 meets the minimum temperature requirements for keeping different types of foods warm such as pizzas, chicken wings and pastry dishes.
- Salvadore uses digital displays and temperature controls on the DHC1900. This enables the temperature in the holding chamber to be controlled with a high decision of precision which only digital technology can provide.
- Both the shelves and the base are illuminated. The two shelves provided in the unit are also adjustable. As a result of these two features, your displayed products will not only be visible but they will also be well presented.
- The unit’s interior is made from 304-grade stainless steel. The stainless steel used will be able to withstand the constant heat it will be subjected to whilst at the same time maintaining its corrosion resistance properties. It is also fairly easy to clean, something which you and your staff are sure to appreciate.
- The DHC1900 also comes fitted with castor wheels. This makes moving the unit easier, allowing you to easily position it wherever it is needed or you see fit.
