Description
Being counter-sunk types, Salvadore’s ”Alessia” heated display units can be fitted on or into counters. The Salvadore DHC1500 is the biggest member of this range with a capacity of 118Lt.
Features:
- The first thing you will notice about the DHC1500 is its build. It has a robust stainless steel outer body coupled with a Grade 304 stainless steel interior. Its a solid build, in our own opinion.
- The DHC1500 has an operating temperature range of 40-75 degrees Celsius at an ambient temperature of 32 degrees Celsius. This allows you to hold a multitude of foods in it safely as the temperature falls within the guidelines of the US Food and Drug Administration.
- The DHC1500 performs consistently and will maintain the displayed product at HACCP control temperature, thereby ensuring the health of your customers.
- Salvadore has incorporated an illuminated shelf and base in the DHC1500. This, coupled with its adjustable shelf and fixed bottom, will ensure that your displayed products are presented to your customers in the most pleasing configuration.
- We also liked that Salvadore utilized digital tools in the DHC1500. These come in the form of a digital display and control unit and ensure high accuracy.
N.B: It is essential that the cabinet below the cutout is well ventilated. Poor ventilation will affect the performance of the unit.
