With a width of just 900mm, the Salvadore DFC7900 is suited more for smaller commercial establishments with a need to conserve space. It is the smallest, by size, model in Salvadore’s Cappi range of floor-standing refrigerated display units.
Features:
- The DFC7900 has an operating temperature range of +2°C to +8°C at an ambient temperature of 32°C. This range is ideal for most products that you’re likely to be displaying, being neither too cold nor too warm.
- The DFC7900 comes fitted with two adjustable shelves and one base shelf.
- Salvadore’s DFC7900 is also fitted with LED lights that illuminate the shelf and the base perfectly.
- The DFC7900’s temperature control and display systems are digital. These are more reliable and accurate than their mechanical counterparts.
- Its interior is made from Grade 304 stainless steel which is not only durable but also food safe.
- Salvadore has also fitted the DFC7900 with two castor wheels to make the unit easy to move around. This allows you to re-position it whenever you want without much of a hassle.
- The unit’s windows are made from double glazed, tempered glass which prevents condensation and is also strong. This ensures that your product will be visible at all times and that the glass will not break as a result of the usual rough and tumble common at peak business hours.
- The DFC7900 also supports automatic de-frosting.
