- The Salvadore CDF2001 Cake Display Fridge has five rotating shelves and one mirror shelf at the bottom, giving you plenty of space to display an array of different cakes and capture the attention of potential customers. All these shelves are height-adjustable.
- A tropicalized compressor and condenser are fitted onto the CDF2001 to enable it to operate at the warmer temperatures here in Africa.

- The temperature control system on the CDF2001 is a digital one. Unlike thermostat-based mechanical control systems, the digital system on the CDF2001 is accurate and reliable.
- Salvadore has also fitted a heater and double glazed windows on the CDF2001 to prevent condensation in the unit. This, in addition to lights that illuminate the interior, will ensure that your products are presented perfectly at all times.
- Salvadore has also fitted castor wheels on the CDF2001 so as to facilitate ease of movement for the unit. This allows you to position it wherever you want, subject to your whim, whenever you want without much of a hassle.
- Salvadore’s CDF2001 also supports automatic de-frost.
