The BBC0003 is the biggest model in Salvadore’s range of back bar coolers. With a capacity large enough to hold 260 330ml bottles, the Salvadore BBC0003 Backbar Refrigerator is best suited for use in commercial establishments which sees fair to large amounts of traffic.
Features:
- Salvadore’s BBC0003 uses R600a as a refrigerant. This refrigerant has a low operating pressure which in turn reduces the noise produced by the BBC0001 during operation to negligible levels. If you are all about the environment, it might be good to know that this refrigerant has no destructive effect on the ozone layer and has no greenhouse effect.
- The BBC0003 utilizes an electronic control system with digital temperature control.
- We also liked the build quality of the BBC0003. Its interior is made of aluminium which is resistant to corrosion and lightweight. It also utilizes blown cyclopentane foam as insulation. The glass doors are made of tempered safety glass, covering both panes, ensuring that the appliance withstands the rough and tumble it will likely undergo.
- The BBC0003 also comes fitted with adjustable chrome shelves. This flexible setup helps you to optimize the way you display your merchandise to potential customers.
- Salvadore has also fitted the BBC0003 with what it calls a ”Stay-Clean” blockage resistant condenser. This allows more of the dust and debris to blow through thereby reducing running costs and extending the compressor’s life.
- The BBC0003 also comes fitted with LED lighting which is powered by Meanwell drivers.
- Brewery approved for fast temperature pull down.
