With a bowl capacity of 11.5Lt, the BCR0010 is Robot Coupe’s biggest model in its BCR range of bowl cutters. Unlike traditional bowl cutters, the Robot Coupe BCR0010 is designed to process all types of food. It will mix, grind, chop, knead and puree them. Better yet, it will do all this with speed and efficiency. Having such a large capacity, the BCR0010 is best suited for heavy intensity applications on a commercial scale.

- The BCR0010’s motor is industrial grade. As a result, it is suited for heavy-duty use. It is very reliable and durable, offering you a very long term of service.
- The BCR0010 also has a pulse function. This allows the appliance to run at its highest speed as long as you keep pressing the pulse button. It’s a function that gives you a degree of control over the whole processing activity.
- Robot Coupe has also fitted the BCR0010 with a magnetic safety system and a motor brake. These two features work hand in hand to make the BCR0010 a safe appliance to use.
