With a capacity to hold 10 trays, the Piron COP2110 Combi-Steam Oven from Piron’s Colombo range is one of those devices that you need for medium-intensity uses in commercial settings such as restaurants.   • With a capacity for 10 GN1/1 trays, the COP2110 is the ultimate tool for your medium scale cooking needs. Integrating the functions of a convection oven and a steamer, it can be used for a wide variety of culinary applications:  baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, braising, blanching and poaching.
  • The COP2110 also comes with a wide variety of features that facilitate intelligent cooking. It can store up to ninety cooking programs and recognizes six product categories. It also memorizes cooking programs that have been used in the past and holds a history of the last cooking recipes it went through. A USB interface connects it to the outside digital world.
  • The COP2110’s Reverse Air Flow system, which uses multiple fans with auto-reverse, intensifies the air flow in the cooking chamber of the oven, guaranteeing a golden uniform result.
  • Another feature of the COP2110 is Piron’s Sator steam technology. This allows the COP2110 to generate up to 100% saturation in the cooking chamber through the creation of a fine mist.
  • Through the combination of its humidity injection and regulation systems, the COP2110 allows you to introduce humidity into the cooking chamber in a controlled manner. By introducing steam from 10-70%, cooking times are reduced, protecting the food surface from the effects of an extended cooking time.
  • It also utilizes Piron’s Optimal Climatic system which extracts excess humidity in the cooking chamber, maintaining the desired humidity level in the cooking chamber.
  • The COP2110 also comes equipped with an automatic cleaning system. That means less scrubbing around and less hustle for you and your staff.
  • The COP2110 also comes with a temperature core probe, allowing you to monitor and cook your foods more thoroughly and evenly.
