The Mythos Exel 2.0 Automatic Coffee Machine is one of our favourite bean-to-cup coffee machines. We liked its sleek modern look, combined with its all-in-one function and 100 cups per day brewing capacity. It takes care of everything: from grinding the coffee beans to frothing the milk. We also liked its integration of technology too. A must get if you run a coffee shop.

- Mythos’ Exel 2.0 is a bean-to-cup coffee machine. All you have to do is to load your coffee beans, pour some water into the tank, press a few buttons and in a short time, you get yourself a quality cup of coffee that you can’t replicate using pre-ground coffee.
- The Exel 2.0’s grinder is both adjustable and accurate. This allows you to choose the fineness of the coffee whilst also making sure that its ground uniformly.
- The Exel 2.0 also comes equipped with an automatic milk frother. This adds flexibility to your kitchen, allowing you to prepare milk-based drinks without having to fork out more for a dedicated frother.
- Mythos also includes six brewing programs in Exel 2.0, allowing you to automate your brewing cycle with specific needs in mind.
- Mythos also included an integrated cleaning system in the Exel 2.0 which targets all the major units in the appliance: from the brewing system to the milk frothing unit.
- In keeping with its fondness for integration, the Exel 2.0 also comes fitted with an integrated waste drawer.
- In keeping with modern trends, the Exel 2.0 is fitted with a touch screen and LED display to input commands and monitor the appliance. The control system also include a fault warning system.
- As an additional extra, the Exel 2.0 also comes equipped with a cup warmer.
