The Hobart PROFI FX Front Loading Dishwasher come in two variants: the FX-10B, which is the basic model, and the FXS-10B, which comes with an integrated water softener. The PROFI FX best suits washing tableware, cutlery, and glasses. It is ideally suited for use in restaurants, bistros, and cafés. It has six automatic wash cycles: short, standard, water X-change, STARCH-REMOVAL, permanent, and hygiene. The PROFI FX also comes with a Wi-Fi module included.
- VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control: colour touchscreen (displays text and graphics) in conjunction with single-button control and remaining cycle time indication.
- SmartConnect app: controlling your ware-wash operation with smart technology: status and messages, usage and operating costs, hygiene, service, and consumables order.
- SENSO-ACTIVE resource management: constantly measures the wash water quality and keeps the amount of rinsing needed in each rinse cycle to the minimum to guarantee a fully hygienic wash result.
- 2IN1 double rack system: Wash two racks in a single wash cycle. You can wash one rack of cups underneath while you wash a second rack containing dishes and cutlery above it. The optimum use of the entire wash chamber can double the machine’s performance.
- CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms: can be removed with one hand and without any tools.
- Intelligent data documentation: automatic recording of critical operational data and consumptions indicated on the colour touchscreen.
- USB interface: comfortable download of operational data in the form of a protocol via USB.
GENIUS-X² fine filter system: an advanced filter system with a prewash function reduces detergent consumption by up to 35%. - Interlocked strainer: prevents operation without tank strainer.
- Optional refill signal: monitors contents of external as well as integrated chemical containers.
- Hygiene program: remove calcium carbonate and other deposits from the wash chamber.
- Thermolabile 71 °C: default temperatures setting acc. The operator can switch European DIN to a higher thermolabile setting.
