The Hobart PROFI AMXX Hood-Type Dishwasher comes in two variants: the AMXX-10B, the basic model, and the AMXXS-10B, which comes with an integrated water softener. Best suited for washing heavily soiled wash ware in fast cycles. Perfectly suited for high utilization in restaurants and catering establishments. The PROFI AMXX also comes with six automatic cycles: short, standard, intensive, starch-removal, permanent and hygiene. Equipped with a USB interface which allows you to download operational data and a Wi-Fi module.

- VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control: colour touchscreen (displays text and graphics) together with single-button control and remaining cycle time indication.
- SmartConnect app: controlling your ware-washing operation with smart technology: status and messages, usage and operating costs, hygiene, service and consumables order
- SENSO-ACTIVE resource management: constantly measures the wash water quality and also keeps the amount of rinsing needed in each rinse cycle to the minimum to guarantee a fully hygienic wash result.
- Exhaust energy storage: the fully enclosed 4-sided hood keeps steam and energy inside the system: saving up to 3 kW of energy, significantly less humidity in the kitchen area and better hygienic conditions.
- CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms: easily remove wash and rinse arms with one hand and without any tools.
- GENIUS-X² fine filter system: an advanced filter system with a pre-wash function comparatively reduces detergent consumption up to 35 %.
- ROTOR-X wash system: separate rotating upper & lower 4-spoke wash arms deliver dynamic wash power
- VAPOSTOP (optional): prevents vapour from escaping from the machine when the hood is opened
- Intelligent energy management: continuously use the available energy and reduces heating time at a low total loading value.
- Interlocked strainer: prevents overall operation without tank strainer
- Optional refill signal: monitors contents of external chemical containers
- EASY-CLEAN concept: blue markings in the machine significantly help the operator identify the components that require cleaning.
- Thermolabile 71 °C: default temperatures setting acc. The operator can switch European DIN to a higher thermolabile setting
