Keeping your cooked food at an ideal temperature, fresh, and safe before it is prepared to guests, is key for delivering food which will satisfy your guests. The Food Warming Cabinet we have for you is constructed of Stainless Steel which will help prevent rust from forming. It’s also insulated with ceramic fibre insulation which is perfect to handle the high temperatures used to prepare food.
The inner body of the cabinet is a fully welded, watertight compartment which can help improve the cleaning of the appliance. It also has a single lockable door insulated and fitted with a silicone gasket which are high-performance seals with incredible resistance to extreme temperatures.
The warming cabinet is mobile on 100 mm rubber casters, so it won’t be fixed in one place in the kitchen. Another bonus? Two of the casters are lockable so you don’t have to worry about the cabinet moving around on its own.
The thermostat can be controlled with options between 0C and 100C. The heating unit features two fans and two elements, which is self-contained and the unit can also be removed for cleaning of the cabinet.
The cabinet’s dimensions are 620 x 800 x 1800 mm and have a capacity of 16 x 2/1 GN. It also makes use of 3kW power and works on 230 V single phase.
