Description

Any buffet or serving area needs a robust Bain-Marie to ensure food is kept at an ideal temperature for when customers serve them-selves or are served by your team. The Floor-Standing Bain-Marie ensures all food from meat and stews to vegetables and any other hot food stays at a safe temperature for extended periods.

Sliding Doors

The food warming appliance features two sliding doors when you need the extra storage space. This is an optional feature. 

Front Rack

The floor-standing appliance features a sturdy, stainless steel front rack for customers to place their food trays when dishing up. This is an optional feature.

Feet
The bain-marie includes height-adjustable feet for easy levelling.

Sneeze Guard
Protect your dishes from outside elements or customers from coughing or sneezing on the food with the built-in sneeze guard. The appliance has two options available for the sneeze guard curved or flat glass.

Stainless Steel
The heated storage cabinet is constructed from grade 304 stainless steel.
