Description
The Mistral74LX is an enhanced version of Elettrobar’s Mistral74X. It is an all-purpose under-counter dishwasher, designed to wash things like glass, cutlery and heavily soiled items. The Elettrobar Mistral74LX Front-Loading Dishwasher is a must get if you want an undercover dishwasher in establishments like restaurants, cafes and bars.
Features:
- We loved the constructional features of Elettrobar’s Mistral74LX. It is constructed with wide-spaced double-skin side panels with deep-drawn rounded rack guides and a door with a full double-skin construction.
- The Mistral74LX can accommodate both Gastronorm and Euronorm trays which measure about 530mm x 320mm.
- Standard equipment includes peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers which can be adjusted from the control panel.
- The Mistral74LX’s wash chamber is free of internal pipes and sharp corners. As a result, this makes it much easier to clean and more sanitary, helping your establishment uphold a high standard of hygiene.
- The Mistral74LX has an electronic interface comprised of four soft-touch keys, a 4-character LED display and two lateral indicator bars that enable the operator to check the machine status at a glance. From the interface, the user can adjust the tank, boiler temperatures and detergent dosing.
- In addition to the four specialized programs it has in common with the Mistral74X, the versatility of the machine is enhanced by four more specialized programs.
- The first of these is the ProNew program. Recommended when you wish to wash with a total change of water in
the washing tub, so suitable for consecutive washes of particularly greasy and dirty dishes. The complete change of the water in the tank requires a longer wash cycle. - The second of these is the ProSteel program. The cutlery wash program is suited for washing forks, spoons, knives
and all sorts of other cutlery. This wash program is longer than the others. - The third of these is the ProWater program. Specific cycle for washing glasses with pure water obtained through
osmosis. Designed to operate with the reverse osmosis filter WS140. All the operating parameters are modified to obtain the best possible result on the glassware. - The last of these is Elettrobar’s ProSan program. Recommended when the dishes to be washed also have to be sanitized.
This program controls the wash temperature and washing time, calculating the constant A0. The program ends when the A0 value equals 30. The length of the program is variable but is generally around 20 minutes and the wash temperature reaches approximately 70 C°.
