The Convotherm Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 is an electric injection combination oven capable of holding six 600mm x 400mm baking shelves. It’s the smaller model in Convotherm’s Maxx Pro BAKE range of ovens. Thanks to its ease of use, durability and extensive integration of technology, the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 is the perfect tool for professional use in hotels, restaurants and catering establishments.

- The Convotherm Maxx Pro Bake 6.10 generates steam by injecting water into the cooking chamber which provides consistently great baking results.
- The Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 also comes equipped with Convotherm’s ACS+ system, which allows it to switch between three cooking modes: steam, combi-steam and convection.
- With the TrayTimer system, the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 provides your chefs with great oven load management for different products at the same time, greatly increasing their productivity.
- The Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 also comes with pre-heat and cool-down functions.
- Operating the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 is also easy and simple thanks to its easyTOUCH system which features a 10inch touch screen display and an easy-to-use operating menu.
- Equipped with 35 baking profiles and the ”Press&Go” system. the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 automates the entire baking and cooking process, freeing up your staff to attend to other tasks.
- Cleaning in the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 is fully automated thanks to Convotherm’s ConvoClean+ system. This automatic system has three modes: Eco, Regular and Express.
- Convotherm has also added a USB port plus WIFI and LAN connectivity to the Maxx Pro BAKE 6.10 to allow it to make better use of smart technology.
- A multi-point core temperature probe is also supplied.
