Description
The Convotherm 4 easyDial 20.10 is a floor-standing oven which can accommodate up to 20 GN1/1 sized trays. As a result, it is an oven suited for those places where a significant quantity of food and baked goods has to be prepared as quickly as possible. Examples of places where it will come in handy are restaurants, hotels, hostels, supermarkets etc.
Features:
- The 4 easyDial 20.10 comes in four variants: the ES, EB, GS and GB. The ES and EB are electric models whilst the GS and GB variants are gas-powered.
- Convotherm’s 4 easyDial 20.10 comes equipped with its ACS+ system which allows the following cooking modes: steam, combi-steam and convection.
- In addition to the ACS+ system, Convotherm has also included its BakePro, HumidityPro and Crisp&Tasty systems which make processes such as baking and steaming a whole lot easier, if not automated.
- A controllable 5-speed setting fan is also fitted onto the easyDial 20.10, giving you a great deal of control over the baking and cooking process.
- The easyDial 20.10 also comes with a core temperature sensor.
- The easyDial 20.10 also has an integrated preheating bridge.
- Convotherm has also fitted its ConvoClean automated cleaning system onto the easyDial 20.10. This saves you valuable time, which can be allocated elsewhere more pressing.
- A USB port is also integrated into the control panel, enabling you to access the stored HACCP and pasteurization figures.
