Description
Caterware Connection Hot Closets are small, heated chambers that are used for keeping food and plates warm. Alternatively, or rather controversially, they can also be used for damp articles.
Features:
- The hot closet top is manufactured from 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel whilst the back is made from 1.2mm thick mild steel.
- Our hot closets are of “Monocoque” construction with no visible fasteners. This makes it relatively light, enabling you to move it around easily.
- All controls are flush-mounted on a recessed control panel mounted horizontally below the top fascia.
- The sliding doors are top hung.
