The Ph250E and the Ph250S are medium-sized members of Capdan’s Phuto pot range. They are ideal for low to medium intensity use in supermarkets, hostels and schools.
Features:
- ‘The Ph250E and the Ph250S are the mid-sized members of Capdan’s ”Phuto” pot range. They are non-tilting and come with no mixers. They are used in the preparation of all menu items from mealie pap, rice, stews, puddings, gravies, pasta and more which would normally be cooked in pots on stoves.
- Both the Ph250E and the Ph250S have a cooking capacity of 250 litres.
- Our products conform to recognized safety standards such as the PD5500 and the SANS 347:2010.
- Both the Ph250E and the Ph250S come in either direct steaming configuration or self-generating steaming configuration.
