Being an electric model, the Butcherquip BSB2001 Electric Biltong Slicer is better suited for medium to high-intensity workloads in restaurants and other commercial eateries.
Features:
- The first thing you’ll notice about the BSB2001 is its die-cast aluminium body. We liked it because of its sleek appearance and lightness. In addition to this, the aluminium surface is easy to clean, an important feature for a potentially busy kitchen.
- The BSB2001’s cutting disk is dynamically balanced with the blade thereby ensuring that the appliance is vibration-free during operation. This makes for a jitter-free experience.
- The BSB2001 also comes with hooks that are meant to hold the packet in position while slicing.
- Butcherquip has designed the BSB2001 in such a way that it can be bolted to a table or a stand. If you use it regularly in your work, this should be a boon for your productivity whilst also helping you to avoid constant back and forth movements when you have to use it.
