The operating temperature of these tabletop Fryers ranges from 50 degrees Celsius to 190 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the electric fryer has its temperature thermostatically controlled to save energy and has an automatic safety cut-out which is re-settable to prevent oil flashing.
