The Anvil SVD0002 Sous Vide Circulator can be used in the preparation of steaks, chops, shrimp and vegetables, amongst other dishes of course. We love the fact that this cooking method ensures that the nutrients in the food are mostly retained, along with the food’s flavour, whilst also preventing food shrinkage.

- The unit’s powerful circulation pump ensures that the heat is evenly distributed in the cooking medium, ensuring that the food is evenly cooked.
- The SVD0002’s submersible parts are made from stainless steel which resists rust thus extending your product’s lifespan whilst also adhering to food safety standards. Being stainless steel in nature, these are also easy to clean, greatly simplifying your kitchen workflow.
- Temperature control on the SVD0002 is electronic, ensuring a great deal of precision when it comes to setting the desired temperature before cooking.
- The large digital interface on the SVD0002 shows the cooking time, the set cooking temperature and the current cooking temperature. The interface keeps you informed with all the information you need to know quite clearly without you having to squint your eyes for a shot at a better look.
- Anvil has also included a versatile clamp in the SVD0002’s design so as to attach the unit directly to inserts.
