Description
The Anvil PWK1001 is a heated drop-in plate dispenser that can be fixed permanently in a counter that is at least 775mm deep. It can hold approximately 40 plates. It is a very useful tool for establishments that serve hot food such as kiosks, cafeterias and front-of-house service stations.
Features:
- The PWK1001’s superstructure utilizes a double skin stainless steel structure in its design. An advantage of this design is that it gives the unit strength whilst also minimizing heat loss by conduction to its surroundings during operation. The stainless steel external surface is also easy to clean, minimizing the hustle and bustle your staff will have to contend with.
- Anvil has made the PWK1001 into a heated model designed to keep plates warm, which is important when you are planning on serving hot meals. Hot food served in heated plates tends to stay warmer for longer, a fact which customers will appreciate.
- Being a countersunk unit, the PWK1001 is designed for countertop installation. This will come in handy especially in kiosk-like settings where food is handed over directly to customers.
- Springs tension in the PWK1001’s holding silo can be adjusted, helping to prevent two common problems. First, if the springs in the silo are too tight, plates are raised above the opening, letting ambient temperature cool them. That is a waste we want to avoid. Secondly, when the springs are too loose, plates won’t reach the top of the silo which in itself causes unnecessary inconveniences.
- The PWK1001 comes with three plate guides in its silo/compartment which is used to adjust the unit’s silo to hold the plates. There are six settings that can be used to fit plates and these can accommodate plates with diameter sizes starting from 200mm and ending at 280mm.
