Features:
- The temperature in the PWA0007’s warming chamber is thermostatically controlled and ranges between 50-90ºC. The thermostat will prevent overheating of the appliance, which can do damage to the unit, leading to avoidable repairs and a shorter lifespan. The temperature range is sufficient enough to keep your pies warm and sanitary without cooking them further.
- A front-mounted temperature indicating gauge has been fitted to the unit so as to monitor the temperature in the warming chamber. This helps you to keep tabs on the state of the pies and to decide just how hot you would like them to be, depending on your customers’ preferences.
- The PWA0007 comes fitted with a humidity pan which creates a humid atmosphere in the warming chamber, thus preventing the drying out of the pies in it.
- With both front and rear access sliding doors, the PWA0007 gives your staff easy access to the warming chamber. Importantly, it also gives your customers access to the warming chamber, which could be a good thing if self-service is something you have in mind for your place.
- The shelves in the PWA0007 can be adjusted or sloped, depending on your preferences. As a result, you get to present your pies to your customers the way you see fit.
- Anvil has fitted both front and rear access sliding doors to the PWA0007. This gives your staff easy access to the warming chamber. Potentially, it does give your customers access to the unit which would be great if you intend to use the unit in a self-service set-up.
