Features:
- The MFW0011 has a large carrying capacity. It can hold 22, 100 mm deep GN1/1 trays at any one time. Eleven wire shelves are also supplied alongside the unit. Due to this large carrying capacity, it is the perfect tool to use on commercial catering assignments.
- On the MFW0011, Anvil utilized a double-wall insulated design. This ensures that the MFW0011 maintains heat even when not connected to any power source, helping you to operate even in those areas plagued by power outages.
- Two circulating fans are incorporated into the design to create a constant draught which helps to keep the food fresh and prevents bad odours from developing.
- A water trough with a drain tap in the base is also fitted to the MFW0011. The water trough releases moisture into the holding space, preventing drying out of the food without making it soggy.
- Anvil has incorporated two design features to ensure the smooth mobility of the unit. The handles are recessed to aid mobility whilst protective rubber bumper strips are installed to prevent damage to the unit when moving it.
- An external temperature display is fitted to enable one to consistently keep tabs on the food being stored inside without having to go probing around with ungainly thermometers.
