The Anvil convection oven has industrial duty fans with reversing gear for even baking of the product and for easy heat circulation in the oven. The unit is fitted with steam injection for manual humidity control which allows for browning of pastry and other bread products. The operating temperature range of these convectional ovens ranges from 50 degrees Celsius to 300 degrees Celsius. The mechanical oven is designed for electric use. This appliance can accommodate 600 x 400mm baking trays and gastronorm pans for baking of various foods. The Convection Oven has a transparent oven door which allows the user not to open the oven frequently, helps to keep the heat locked inside the oven and helps keep the outside of the oven cool while the oven is in use. The glass oven door has a stainless steel handle which allows for the oven to be opened without heat damage to the user. The Anvil Table Top Convection Oven has two controls which are on the front. The controls are used to control the heat in the oven which gives space for convenient cooking of food. The convection oven is made from stainless steel even on the interior part of it allowing for hygienic practices with its non-porous surface which is coupled with easy cleaning capability of the Oven.
