Its removable cast-iron grates are easy to clean and maintain and can retain a large amount of heat.
The appliance has a removable, stainless steel drip tray beneath the stovetop to retain spills and thus keep the room tidy.
The powerful stovetop burners are easily removable for cleaning.
Operating temperatures of the gas oven of the floor-standing gas stoves are thermostatically controlled for energy conservation. For even cooking the oven also takes full-size, unbreakable gastronorm pans, thus offering maximum safety for service staff and customers. The pans are stackable because it’s impact resistant.
The stove includes “cool to the touch” die-cast control knobs which offer precise control and are more durable.
The unit is fitted with a chrome-plated steel wire shelf which is less expensive than stainless steel and has increased durability due to metal base resisting rust.
The Anvil Floor-Standing Gas Cooking Range is suitable for LP or natural gas which requires conversion by a licensed technician and is approved by the LPG Safety Association of South Africa.
For those needing extra storage, the unit has a useful side storage cupboard for storing utensils and ready-cooked food.
