The Anvil DOA5001 Single Deck Gas Oven is a single deck, gas-powered oven with a capacity for four standard size pizza of 300 mm diameter. It’s the ideal oven for the artisan bread-baker who wants something that’s powerful enough for small-scale use whilst being as compact as possible.
Features:
- The side, top and rear panels are all made from painted mild steel whilst the front face and door are made from stainless steel. Overall, it is a robust build. We are quite confident that the DOA5001 will hold up well to the normal ruff-and-tumble that you are likely to find in any kitchen.
- With a maximum operating temperature of 300ºC, the DOA5001 gives you more flexibility in the baking process: you can bake at lower temperatures to achieve that soft and fluffy feel or at higher ones to get a much tougher feel. All with the flexibility to choose the things in-between.
- The DOA5001’s burner design ensures even heat temperature distribution on the baking plate. This guarantees that heat is evenly distributed on the dough, avoiding the formation of hotspots and cold spots on it and wasteful energy inefficiency.
- The top and bottom heating plates in all three decks of the DOA5001 are independently controlled. This will give you a greater degree of control over the baking process, specifically the degree of browning your products will achieve.
- Anvil has also combined an interior light with a glass viewing window in its design of the DOA4003. These do come in handy; you can literally monitor the progress of your baking operation without constantly opening and unwieldy door and getting heated air blown your way.
- The DOA5001 comes fitted with a timer for those moments when a little automation doesn’t hurt.
