Description

The Anvil DOA4002 Oven is a double-deck oven with a capacity for twelve standard size pizzas with a 300 mm diameter. With two decks, the DOA4002 is ideal for medium intensity uses in commercial kitchens. Heat is radiated from the bottom elements and conducted upwards, penetrating the dough and heating it throughout. If your speciality is artisan bread, this deck oven is definitely a must-have.

Features:

  • The side, top and rear panels are all made from painted mild steel whilst the front face is made of stainless steel. Overall, it is a robust build. We are quite confident that the DOA4003 will hold up well to the normal ruff-and-tumble that you are likely to find in any kitchen.
  • The top and bottom heating plates in both decks of the DOA4002 are independently controlled. This will give you a greater degree of control over the baking process, specifically the degree of browning your products will achieve.
  • The DOA4002 has a maximum operating temperature of 300ºC. This gives you more flexibility in the baking process: you can bake at lower temperatures to achieve that soft and fluffy feel or at higher ones to get a much tougher feel. All with the flexibility to choose the things in-between.
  • A 120-minute mechanical timer is included to enable you to automate the entire process if it sounds like a good idea to you. The mechanical timer used is easy to use and maintain so you won’t be constantly paying for replacements and repairs. It doesn’t hurt too if you are the sort of person who loves a little vintage.
  • On each deck, Anvil has also combined an interior light with a glass viewing window in its design of the DOA4001. These do come in handy; you can literally monitor the progress of your baking operation without constantly opening and unwieldy door and getting heated air blown your way.
  • Being a rather heavy floor-standing piece of equipment, we appreciated the addition of wheels onto the unit. This makes it more mobile, minimizing the hustle you will have to go through when trying to reposition it or move it out altogether.
  • The DOA4002 also comes with six 600 mm x 400 mm baking trays as part of the package.
