Description
The Anvil COA1020 Combi Steam Oven can be best described as the “workhorse combi oven”. With the ability to hold 20 GN1/1 at any one time, it’s the ultimate companion for a large commercial operation; restaurants, fast food outlets, delis and supermarkets are best served by this one. Vegetables, meat and baked goods can all be prepared with no hustle on a large scale, whilst also still retaining their flavours and nutrients.
Features:
- Stainless steel is used extensively on this piece of equipment. The external superstructure is made from it with heavy-duty use in mind. The interior parts too are made from 304-grade stainless steel. The result? A durable combi oven with easy-to-clean stainless steel surfaces.
- The COA1020 has an operating temperature range of 50ºC to 300ºC. This, coupled with powerful circulating fans and steam flow of 30 litres/hr, ensures that food is evenly cooked in the shortest time possible.
- Cleaning the COA1020 is a fairly simple and straight forward process. The interior fan panel can be easily removed when the need to clean arises. The interior parts of the COA1020 are made from 304-grade stainless steel which is easy to clean. As a result, downtime due to cleaning is reduced, enabling you to keep your kitchen as fully productive as possible.
- The COA1020 uses a manual steam injection system in conjunction with a pre-heated boiler to enable instant steaming when it is required. Again, less downtime, more productivity.
- As part of the package, a roll-trolley is provided along with the oven. The roll-in trolley system enables the fast loading and unloading of the oven during cooking and baking sessions.
- The COA1020 also incorporates a few features to ensure the safety of those who will operate it. A two-stage locking handle ensures that heat is safely released before the unit is fully opened to access its contents. Its fan will automatically switch off when the oven door is opened.
- The COA1020’s door is a large full-view glass door with a cool touch locking handle. The glass door ensures that the food being prepared can be monitored without having to constantly open the oven door, a process that is bound to waste energy unnecessarily.
