This unit is installed with removable heating plates for easy servicing and maintenance. The appliance is fitted in with robust stainless steel construction with a heavy-duty door which can withstand the heavy use of the appliances and hinges that can maintain the frame of the door in an exact position to minimise wear and tear. A floor-standing electric cooking range has a removable drip tray beneath the stovetop to retain spills and thus keep the room tidy, the tray is also made up of stainless steel for easy cleaning and to maintain hygienic practices. The operating temperature of the electric ovens of the floor-standing electric stove is thermostatically controlled for energy conservation and for even cooking the oven also takes full-size gastronorm pans which are unbreakable thus offering maximum safety for service staff and customers and also they are conveniently stackable because it is impact resistant. The oven of the unit has a powerful oven circulating fan with automatic reversing cycle to distribute heat evenly and promote even baking of food. The electric stove has “cool to touch die-cast control knobs which offer precise control and are more durable. The unit is fitted with 1 x chrome-plated steel wire shelf which is less expensive than stainless steel and has increased durability due to metal base resisting rust. The floor-standing electric stove has a useful side holding compartment and heavy-duty top plates that retain heat easily in the event of an unexpected power cut. A flush-fit top plate allows for oversize pots to be used and the floor standing electric stove is only for pots.
