Description
The 5 Burner Gas Flat Top Griddle is a fail-safe product that will not disappoint.
The 900mm model with dimensions of 900 x 730 x 915 mm, is freestanding on castors with a 16 mm mild steel cooking top. The smaller tabletop models only have 12 mm mild steel cooking tops. All cooking tops are hinged for ignition access.
The Griddle can be made with half ribbed and half flat features for your specific cooking requirements. The Gas Flat Top Griddle is manufactured from grade 430 stainless steel for regular and easy cleaning.
The Griddle has strong legs made from 40mm square grade 304 Stainless Steel tubing, ensuring your product stays stable when in use.
Burners:
The stainless steel gas burners are individually controlled by gas ball valves and are fitted with air adjusters and filters. The gas rating is 100,000 BTU (British thermal unit) and the burners are suitable for operation on LP or Natural Gas.
The unit has 100 mm rubber castors, with two being lockable, give you the option to easily move the product’s location for regular kitchen cleaning.
A Stainless Steel undershelf is also optional for extra storage.
