The Anvil 10 Table Convection Pan Combi-Steam Oven is a necessary appliance in any modern kitchen concerned where baking is a priority. Apart from baking scones, the tabletop fryer allows for a diverse range of food items to be speedily and efficiently baked. The quick oven will ensure that your product is beautifully golden and delicious. 

This unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior design which helps in the cleaning and maintenance of the oven.

The 10 pan combi-steam oven is fan assisted for excellent temperature distribution and even baking of food. The oven can accommodate 600 x 400 mm trays or GN1/1 pans. 

The unit has a steam injection solenoid valve controlled by the energy regulator with six settings to make sure that the food is beautifully baked.

The combi-steam oven includes a slam shut door handle, which automatically allows the multi-point lock to be engaged when you shut the door.

To help prevent the oven door from frequently being opened and closed to check on the dishes, the oven features a transparent, full-viewing window. This will help lock in the heat within the oven and also help keep the outside of the oven cool while in use. The unit rapidly heats and has an excellent heat distribution and airflow for fast cooking and recovery time.

The Anvil tabletop Convection Oven has two controls which are on the front. The controls are used to control the heat in the oven, allowing for adequate space for convenient baking.

The unit has a compact modern design which is easy to operate and offers great usability.
