Undoubtedly one of Zambia’s Premier hotels, the Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere is a 5-star, all-in-suite hotel situated in the country’s capital, Lusaka. This 82-suite hotel is the result of a joint venture between the Neelkanth Group and Sarovar Hotels, India’s leading Luxury hotel chain.

Caterware was contracted to design, equip, and fit out the hotel’s main kitchen, preparation rooms, staff dining, buffet area, deck dining kitchen, and the hotel bar. All of this was done on time and, just as importantly, lived up to the luxury, 5-star standards the Sarovar Group is known for.
