I would like to thank you for the excellent service given to us during our Wimpy upgrade in April 2007. The Caterware connection team really went out of their way to assist us with providing assistance, help and follow-up during this time.
When we finalized our plans last year, we asked Caterware connection to quote for equipment for the upgrade. What I appreciated mostly from Paul and Tim, is that they actually came to visit us personally and not to just do a quote via email. They made an appointment with us, and came to see us and took the time to go thru our existing equipment with us to see what we can use and refurbish and what we need to replace. This meant that they did not just quote from the plans, but that they were helping us to save money.
