Caterware is proud to be supplying the equipment to Hotel Verde, under construction near Cape Town International Airport.
Aptly named Hotel Verde – “verde” meaning green in Italian – the 145-room, contemporary hotel will fall into the three-star category, although the room sizes, services and fittings will be similar to a four-star hotel. The focus will be on sustainable construction as well as operation practices.

During the planning process, a lot of emphasis was put on the quality of the kitchen, as well as delivering appliances that were as green as possible. Hotel Verde has recently signed a management and marketing contract with the recently launched BON Hotels and is due to open in May 2012.
